1. The conclusion of this Agreement

2. Instructions for using the system

2.1 After the merchant submits an application for entry through the entry system and fills in the merchant information and provider qualification information as required, the website will review it and contact the merchant with cooperation intentions to negotiate cooperation-related matters. After the merchant enters the entry system, the merchant will complete the merchant information and provider qualification information as required. The two parties will then sign a written "Open Platform Supplier Cooperation Operation Agreement" offline by consensus

This website will open a merchant backend system for merchants who have settled in. Merchants can operate their own stores on this website through the merchant backend system.

2.2 The applications, submission and confirmation of information made by merchants and this website through the entry system are only the intention of the two parties to cooperate and the necessary procedures for this website to review the qualifications of merchants. Except for complying with the various agreements in this agreement, they will not be legally binding on the two parties. Final cooperation matters and operations between the two parties
